Summer is Coming
To all my Game of Thrones fans out there, the phrase, "Winter is coming" is well known. But here in sunny California, the phrase, "Summer is coming" is the one that should be on the forefront of your mind. It is nearly June, if you can believe it and while I am not sure where the year went, summer is in fact coming and it is time to get ready. Even if you are not planning to rock a bikini this year, at least feel good rocking a sassy tank and shorts.

Don't forget the cardio! Sweat it out with short, high intensity bursts to maximize your workout. Don't have a treadmill? Take this workout to the streets. Use landmarks or your playlist to add in sprints and recovery periods.
