Juicing Journey: Conclusion

Welcome to the Juicing Journey! If you are just tuning in, please make sure you check out the series introduction, JJ Day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and our other juicing posts here and here, so you won't miss a juicy detail!

Thank you for reading and joining us as we journeyed through this detox. We hope we didn't let you down by not making it the full ten days. If we were doing this to get off a medication, lose weight or get off junk food, we may have gone the whole way. But, we are lucky enough to be healthy and just wanted to press "reset" on our bodies. We only wanted to do this to cleanse, and we feel very successful. Even Joe Cross said making it 7 days was huge and to be proud of ourselves. So, I will silence the person screaming at me for being a quitter at being so close to ten days.... and instead be proud.

Before I sign off, I would like to give a HUGE thanks to my amazing, supportive and dedicated husband. I am so lucky to have someone in my life who loves me enough and is always willing to go along with my crazes and sticks with me. My TH is the greatest and I hit the jackpot when meeting him. I love you TH and THANK YOU!!

We hope you too take a second look into juicing and all its benefits. Hopefully soon we will be sharing some frothy goodness with you,  thanks again for reading!

Fast-forward a few months…..

Since the reboot we have been juicing fresh fruits and veggies each day. We drink one large mason jar (32 oz) each for either breakfast, lunch or just as snacks. It is a great way to get TONS of nutrients that we are physically unable to consume in one sitting. We love it! Added bonus? Never again will we be buying drink mixers - ever had fresh squeezed mimosas, like frreeessh off the juicer? Or fresh apple and whiskey toddies? LIFE CHANGING!

Next week we will feature a beginners guide to juicing, so if we enticed you with this journey and you are ready to get going you will definitely want to come back for that!
